    For the second year in a row, the U.S. House approved a funding bill that cuts billions in discretionary spending. U.S. Congressman Mac Thornberry (R-Clarendon) voted in support of the bipartisan bill, which funds the government through September 2012.     U.S. Congressman Mac Thornberry (R-Clarendon) today voted to support the “Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act,” which passed the House with bipartisan support.
